From Cheyenne:

1. Head EAST on I-80 approximately 30 miles
2. Take exit 401 off I-80
3. At the end of the Exit ramp turn LEFT onto Parsons St.
4. At the end of Parsons Street take a RIGHT
5. Follow this street around until you see the rodeo grounds
